Best friend and business partner, Matt has been there from the start and is the mastermind behind some of our most popular meads. You can find Ashley behind the bar on Friday & Sat nights, serving the best mead in Brazos Valley when she is not creating our custom merch.
Tim & Cam Schiefer
With a background in culinary arts and a Sommelier certification, Cam brings her talents from homebrewing to the tasting room. Tim has never met a stranger and looks forward to serving new friends every chance he gets.
